Mold

TEC mold assessments consist of a visual inspection to identify extents of microbial growth and possible sources of water impact.  During the assessment physical samples (air and/or surface samples) will be collected and submitted to a laboratory for analysis.  A written report will be issued indicating the type(s) of molds identified and recommendations.

Mold Remediation Protocols are required to be prepared when the area of microbial growth exceeds 25sf.
